Fear is the main thing that holds you back from achieving your full potential. Many people find that they are too fearful to take chances. If you never change anything in your life, you will stagnate and hate every single day. Instead, learn to be fearless. When you take that first leap, it will feel incredible. Once you have taken these steps, you will finally be true to yourself.
