It can be too easy to get drawn into “lose weight fast” schemes. We’re all looking for a quick fix, to get fit and healthy. Unfortunately, fad diets and slimming pills aren’t the way to do it. Drink Tons of Water
Did you know that those hunger pangs you get could actually be dehydration? Many of us think that we’re hungry when we’re actually just thirsty. You can get rid of all the unhealthy carbohydrates completely – that won’t do you any harm! Steer clear of bread, white potatoes, and pasta. Instead, opt for plain rice, quinoa, and sweet potato.
Lots of Leafy Greens
There’s something so fabulous about adding leafy greens into your diet. It can make you feel better while also helping you to lose weight. If protein is the main focus of your meal then leafy greens should be what bulks it out. With a tiny portion of good carbs to go with it. Spinach will become your lifesaver during this weight loss time.
You can’t just change your eating habits and hope to lose weight. If you really want to make a difference, then you’re going to need to exercise. Here are some quick and easy ways to squeeze in a daily workout:
- Walk to the Shops – Don’t get in the car next time you need to get something from the shop. Walk instead! If it’s too far away then at least walk to the bus stop, instead of just to your driveway.
